Functions and Conferences: Small functions and conferences. (Indoor seating 40 persons)
PAYMENT, RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
50% Deposit required on or before deposit due date (normally within 7 days of provisional booking).
10% of Total Fee if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival.
25% of Total Fee if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
50% of Total Fee if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.
100% of Total Fee on non arrivals.
100% of Total Fee for in-house cancellations.
All cancellations must be in writing, faxed or emailed to Glenwood Lodge.
DEPOSITS
A
50% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
Deposit slip must be faxed/emailed to us.
